Single Line Bag Filters

Single line bag filters are the design of R&R BETH most frequently used. They are modularly constructed and thus optimally adaptable for each case of operation and even subsequently expandable.

The standard filter areas of BETHPULS serial filters range between 10 m² up to 3,200 m². Of course, larger filter areas are possible, too.

Available in the standard pressure stages:

± 5,000 Pa up to ± 14,000 Pa
Explosion shock resistant up to 1.4 bar with explosion relief according to VDI 3673 / DIN EN 14491 (DMT-tested)

Explosion shock resistant serial filter can be equipped with R/R BETH® explosion doors.

R&R BETH®-explosion diverters are available for explosion decoupling.

Just like all our bag filters, the serial filter can be operated “online” or “offline”.

The design in chamber construction is also possible. By doing so, the filter is separated into several chambers, which can be locked on the crude or clean gas side.
